Jim Campbell is an experienced medical malpractice trial lawyer. Jim learned the craft of medical malpractice litigation law representing physicians and hospitals throughout the State of Arizona. He successfully tried many lawsuits on behalf of physicians and hospitals, even when the odds were overwhelmingly against his client. Now, Jim uses his skill and experience representing patients. His defense experience gives him an advantage in anticipating the tactics that physicians and their lawyers will use. He is able to proactively engineer his client's case to successfully meet those strategies.

In addition to his work in the area of medical malpractice, Jim has extensive experience in the areas of elder abuse and nursing home neglect cases. The key to these areas is often in the fine details of the medical records, and Jim uses his medical knowledge to discover these details to his client's advantage.

Prior to joining the firm, Jim worked for both large and small Arizona law firms in the areas of medical malpractice, products' liability, general negligence, and insurance bad faith. Like Ted Schmidt and Dev Sethi, Jim worked for O'Connor Cavanagh, a large defense firm that was recognized by Arizona Business Magazine as "The Best Firm in Arizona". In addition, Jim worked under some of the State's finest trial lawyers at the McBan Law Offices and Snell & Wilmer.

Jim is an Arizona native, and he received both his under graduate and law degrees at the University of Arizona. He graduated with a finance degree in 1984 and his law degree, cum laude, in 1993.

Jim is active in youth sports. He has a long history of coaching baseball, basketball, soccer and flag football. He views it as very important to give back to the community through coaching, as well as allowing him to spend important time with his three sons. Jim is married to Audrey, who is also a long time Tucsonan and Wildcat fan.
