Additionally, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL) has inducted Ted Schmidt as a member. IATL is a truly elite group of trial lawyers representing both sides of the bar, in civil and criminal practice. More than 30 countries are represented in the membership, which comes by invitation after an in-depth vetting process and is limited to 500 individuals. Ted is only the 17th member from Arizona. Board-Certified Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Specialist
Jim Dyer served the Arizona State Bar and the Arizona Supreme Court as a member of the Committee on Character and Fitness of the Arizona Supreme Court. This commission reviews applications for admission to the state bar and ensures that applicants are of sound character and fit to serve as lawyers in Arizona. Jim is currently a member of the Arizona State Bar's Board of Legal Specialization. This group oversees the various certified specialties of the bar, including personal injury and wrongful death.

Highly Involved in Local Organizations & Charities
Dev Sethi has wrapped up his tenure as president of the Children's Museum Tucson. During Dev's two-year term, the Children's Museum grew by leaps and bounds, welcoming over 125,000 visitors in 2011. The Children's Museum is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and it is getting the best gift ever - a $230,000 grant from Angel Charity for Children to redevelop the museum's largest exhibition area. The new Angel Charity Investigation Station will be an all-new science, technology, engineering, math interactive exhibit. This month the museum will unveil a new Bodyology space, focused on health and wellness issues.
Dev has also recently joined the board of directors of Ben's Bells, a Tucson institution focused on bringing kindness and awareness to the forefront. Dev is working with Ben's Bells to launch an all-new anti-bullying campaign in conjunction with University of Arizona called "Be Kind! Step Up!" He is also helping with Ben's Bells' expansion into a second location in downtown Tucson. The new location will be in the old Brown House, the Tucson's oldest adobe building.
